We adhere to standard pricing transparency.
We understand that typical billing practices can be a big problem in the U.S. healthcare system, and this is why we operate the way that we do - to eliminate unexpected medical bills.
To simplify the offerings at our facility, Healing House treatment options are categorized into general vs program services:

All service & product offerings observe a standard fee schedule, which we always present to our clients before their engagement in a new round of care.
Pricing guides are available on-site, and our team comprehensively reviews the details of HH’s fee schedule so that each client is informed re: session length, care protocols, billing systems, etc
Healing House is considered an out-of-network (OON) facility but accepts insurance policies from major carriers for select intensive programs. Any in-network coverage is subject to prior authorization.
FORECASTING PROGRAMS
In addition to our standardized pricing procedures, Healing House issues a written care quote via email to the Responsible Fin. Party (RFP) for any program services. This means that each prospective client who completes a qualified care workup and who is interested in an intensive program can expect to receive a fully itemized breakdown of the associated cost for that program within 1 business day of their consultation.
Our admissions team will have already discussed pricing/costs at the time of consult, but we make sure to confirm this in writing to give our clients & their loved ones extra peace of mind.

Bundling non-covered services at Healing House significantly reduces standard single-session rates.
We also feature many pricing specials throughout the year that are specific to the season. These offerings are announced via social media pages, client email lists, & direct outreach.
Our admissions team may also issue what are called ‘Goodwill Qualifiers’.
This is a standard framework that we have in place to present discounted rates for beginners, heroes, & champions. Ask about Promos & Discounts for additional savings.

EASY FINANCING OPTIONS
Creative in-house payment plans are made available for both covered/non-covered care, & nobody ever accrues interest owed to Healing House for treatment at our facility. We ensure that HH payment plans are manageable for individuals & families so that it does not interfere with clinical goals.
Healing House also facilitates trusted third-party lenders for longer-term payment arrangements.
Unexpected medical bills are not necessary when care is provided thoroughly & honestly.
