HOW DOES HBOT WORK?
Hyperbaric Oxygen (HBOT) is a pressurized chamber that delivers concentrated oxygen in a contained environment to all vital organs/systems of the brain & body. By bringing oxygen-rich plasma to deficient cells & tissues, HBOT creates conditions for optimal metabolic performance.

Protocols vary but each session is typically 60 minutes or greater.

HH supervises programs at varying levels of intensity (20-60+ Sessions).

Sessions are recommended 3-5x per week during an intensive program.

Our spacious HBOT systems accommodate solo & joint sessions. Healing House’s larger chamber fits up to two people comfortably, either sitting or lying down.

We encourage our clients to relax/meditate, listen to music, read a book, or catch up with a companion in a joint session.
