We respond within 1 business day after receiving an inquiry via webform, chat, sms/text, or email. And we will confirm your scheduled time if you’ve elected to book an intro call.
Booking an intro call is the appropriate option if you are interested in intensive care but are not quite ready to visit our facility for a consultation. This is also a great way to get questions answered if it’s difficult to free up in the daytime during a work week.

We want to make sure you are choosing an aligned path for healing & that our program is a fit before recommending HH. And so we will listen to understand your medical history & needs while guiding you through a delicate series of questions to help point you and/or your loved ones in the right direction.

Determine An Action Plan
Once we’ve gotten through qualifiers, our team will either coordinate a referral through our trusted professional network or we will invite you in for a free consultation.
Sometimes it’s appropriate to initiate intro/general services right away to best establish a rapport. But a consultation is required for engaging in an intensive care program at HH.
We use ‘consult time’ to personalize services, to discuss protocols, & to complete financial work-ups. The clinical portion of a consultation is conducted by a licensed HH practitioner, and virtual consults are available on a case-by-case basis in order to accommodate particular circumstances.
That’s it! HH will handle the rest to ensure a seamless transition into treatment/services.
